Keith Strier is an EY Advisory Principal who serves as Americas AI Leader and Global Tech Sector Digital Lead. He is responsible for EY's Americas offerings around Enterprise AI Strategy and Conversational Experience Management. Keith co-authored EY’s global POV on Intelligent Automation, co-founded EY’s America’s digital customer practice, co-led the formation of EY’s global alliances with Microsoft and LinkedIn, and was the principal architect behind the firm’s FutureWorkNow and Digital Program Activation offerings. Keith helped pioneer the application of human-centered design principles to enterprise IT as consumer digital tools, such as smart phones and tablets, started to emerge as transformational form factors for business.
Weston is a recognized leader in global shared services and outsourcing and he has presented as a keynote speaker at multiple global conferences. Weston also specializes in cross-functional shared service operations, known as Global Business Services (GBS), which typically include global Finance, HR, Supply Chain and IT functions. He has developed EY's point of view and methodologies on several topics including Global Business Services (GBS), Shared Services and Outsourcing Advisory and Management (OAM). He is well networked globally, internally and externally, and is in frequent discussions with government development agencies, industry associations, software vendors and service providers in the Shared Services and Outsourcing industry.
Rochelle Hood serves as Global Head of Customer Analytics and Research for SSON where she is responsible for enhancing member value and experiences.
Rochelle has managed operations and led projects in multiple disciplines including shared services, call center operations and information services. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) attaining her credentials from the Project Management Institute and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Rochelle holds a BSc in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration. Rochelle’s professional experience includes project management, process excellence and service delivery roles at IBM, QVC and companies in the defense contracting industry.
