Jonathan Kraft has been the Manager of Benchmarking Services for the past two years at DMA.  During this time he has developed and managed DMA’s 3 tax process benchmarks, as well as delivered over 50 Tax Benchmark Report of Findings to leading Fortune 1000 organizations.  Jonathan has also been a speaker at COST, TEI, IPT and other industry events. 

Prior to DMA, Jonathan was with The Hackett Group for 5 years.  The Hackett Group is a global process re-engineering and benchmarking firm headquartered in Atlanta, GA.  Prior to The Hackett Group, Jonathan worked for Gartner and Siemens.
